Unique and charming ski-in - ski-out chalet with spa area (sauna, outdoor-jacuzzi), fire place, and free WiFi. Great panoramic location above the center of Kaltenbach in the ski area Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal/ Hochfügen (SKi-optimal). Access to the prepared valley ski run in ~50 m; the slope (with snow cannons) leads to the cable car stations Hochzillertal I and III. The chalet impresses with its typical Tyrolean architecture; it combines traditional elements with modern style, creating a feel-good living atmosphere. The use of high quality materials from the region gives the chalet a special charm.
The ground floor provides the cosy living room with tiled stove, spacious seating area and flat screen TV. The large table can easily accommodate 15 people. Fully equipped separate kitchen with Nespresso Pro-coffee machine (incl. first package) and a selection of Bioteaque-Tea. A special feature is the wine refrigerator with selected wines, sparkling wines and beer (for a fee). The additional table in the kitchen has space for approx. 10 people. Enjoy the spa-area with pine-wood sauna (Finnish or Organic), rain-shower and relaxation area. Direct access to the terrace with outdoor-jacuzzi and outstanding view over the Ziller Valley. Bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge. One bedroom with double bed (pine wood, 180x200) and high quality single sofa-bed (90x200) is on the same level. As well as two modern bathrooms with two basins, shower, WC. Access to the terrace with garden from the ground floor. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with a pine wood double bed (180x200) and a high quality single sofa-bed (90x200). Moreover, one bath room with two basins and WC. In the small game room (sloping ceiling) is a sofa-bed for 2 persons. All rooms offer its own flat screen TV.
On request, the following services can be offered – by external partners – (service not provided by Alpenchalets): breakfast service, catering, daily cleaning of the Chalet.

Altitude Chalet ~900 m, top of the ski slopes 2.378 m. Distance to the prepared slope ~50 m. Ski bus stop ~400 m. Distance to the valley station of the cable cars Hochzillertal I and III ~2 km. Two modern cable cars lead up into the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 85,6 km of slopes, 5,1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels. Gourmets will find an excellent regional cuisine in the ski area (Platzlalm, Kristallhütte, Wedelhütte).

The chalet has a sun terrace with adjoining garden with lawn and play tower. Besides, a charcoal grill. The Ziller Valley offers over 800 km routes for Mountain bikers and cyclists. Various swimming lakes and outdoor pools can be explored. Golf club with 18-hole championship course (65 ha).
