Chalet Heustadl Zillertal

Cozy and well-equipped chalet with free WiFi in a quiet ski in - ski out location right on the edge of the forest. The chalet is located in the ski resort Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal / Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) above the center of Kaltenbach. Access to the prepared valley ski run in ~50 m; the slope (with snow cannons) leads to the cable car stations Hochzillertal I and III.
The former hay barn was lovingly converted by the owner into a chalet in the traditional Tyrolean country house style. Enjoy the quiet location, surrounded by forests and meadows and the breathtaking view of the Zillertal mountains and the valley. On the ground floor of the rustic chalet is a bedroom with double and single bed, a sleeping alcove in the hallway with a single bed and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find the cozy living and dining area. Open kitchen with Nespresso Pro-coffee machine (incl. first package) and a traditional wood stove, which can be used in addition to the electric stove for cooking and baking (wood included). Upstairs are also two bedrooms with double bed; a living room with sofa bed for one person and a bathroom. The chalet is not directly accessible by car; 150 m on foot from the parking lot. The luggage will be brought to the chalet.
On request, the following services can be offered – by external partners – (service not provided by Alpenchalets): breakfast service, catering, daily cleaning of the Chalet.

Ski Info
Altitude chalet ~ 900 m, ski area up to 2,378 m. Distance to the prepared ski slope ~ 50 m. Ski bus stop ~ 400 m (free of charge). Distance to the valley station of the cable car Hochzillertal ~ 2 km. Two modern cable cars lead up into the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 85,6 km of slopes, 5,1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels. Gourmets will find an excellent regional cuisine in the ski area (Platzlalm, Kristallhütte, Wedelhütte)..

Summer Info
The chalet has a spacious covered terrace with deck chairs and charcoal grill. A small shared children's playground approx. 150 m away can be used. Petting zoo at the neighbouring farm. There are more than 800 km of mountain bike routes and cycle paths in the Zillertal. Numerous lakes and swimming pools can be discovered in summer. Golfing is possible at Golfclub Zillertal on the 18-hole championship course (65 hectares). Free use of the regional bus.
In summer, a stay of 3 nights or more is possible.
